Reading Chris Carmichael’s Fitness Cookbook and this really resonates with me “Achieving your goals and living a successful, enjoyable life is a matter of maximizing your potential in every aspect of what you do.”

Too often I’ve got one piece of the puzzle down but am struggling in putting it all together. As you can see, diet is an area I need to work on.
