I’ve already signed up for 4 triathlons for 2010 and if I want to do well there needs to be a change in my training. This year I will be incorporating yoga along with more stretching and core workouts into my routine. I’ve been seeing Adolfo at Avanzare SF, will keep running on the Alter G at M2, while checking out yoga classes at the Presidio YMCA, making more use of a foam roller, the stick, and a tennis ball. Just based on this short video clip, you need to work on your balance. Surely you should be able to stand on one leg longer than 2.7 seconds.
